Amanda and Jason's wedding!

Wow!  It has been a very busy season!  Lots of great weddings and a lot of great couples to work with.  Speaking of great couples, we recently photographed the wedding of Amanda Garrow and Jason Bruce.   They had a picturesque wedding day!  The ceremony was in the lovely chapel on the Plattsburgh oval, and their reception was at the Elks Club, which is a great place for a reception!  Amanda and Jason's images should available for viewing in about a week, but we are attaching a few to this post for your enjoyment between now and then.  Please join my us in wishing Amanda and Jason a wonderful life together!

The wedding of Sue Ellen and Marty!

A few weeks ago we had the privelige of covering the awesome wedding of Sue Ellen Touma and Martin Albert at Whiteface Mountain!  We could not have had a better day for a wedding!  We arrived early to get some shots of Marty and the guys golfing and hung out with the couple into the evening as they danced the night away!  We are working on finalizing their images right now and they will be done shortly, but we are attaching a few to this posting to give you a taste of their spectacular day!  They were a great couple to work with and we wish them a lifetime of happiness and prosperity!

The Wedding of Salome and Ben

Recently we covered the awesome two day event known as "The Wedding of Salome and Ben". the festivities began on Friday evening where covered an awesome cookout which was catered by the "Barracks" and hosted at "Marine Village" The merriment lasted well past midnight! The next day they had a lovely outside ceremony on the property of Ben's family. The weather was fantastic as the tied the knot with the setting sun providing a backdrop. After the cermony, the reception catered by Anthony's and was held under a beautifully decorated tent. We are currently working on processing the images from their special day, but we have posted an initial gallery of their images on our main site. Lori and Morgan Tie the Knot!

Hi everybody. Sorry I haven't been blogging much recently. I've been blessed with staying extremely busy doing one of the things I love most, which is using my camera to create what I hope to be lasting images. Recently, I photographed the lovely union of Lori Dennison and Morgan Brooks. All of the pieces fell together for this one. The weather was fantastic and the scenic vistas of the Valcour Conference center were as always, breathtaking. The event was orchestrated by the wonderfully talented event planner, Linda Appleton. My good friend Brett LeClair was assisting me for the day. Brett is developing into a fine photographer and she was great to have around. Lori and Morgan are an awesome couple and they were a joy to be around all day. Morgan was a dapper groom and Lori, well you'll be able to see from this sampling of images I am posting here how stunning a bride, she was. Valcour is by far one of my favorite places to shoot, primarily because of the abundance of what I like to call mini-locations at one venue. The happy couple was up for anything that I suggested, which I truly appreciate, because it allows for more lasting imagery. Throughout the day we were able to capture what I feel are very memorable images, from the two of them dangling their feet off the dock to wonderful formal portaits of Lori on the shore, including one that I selecting for my increasingly popular "painted sky" technique (hint: its the first one after the post). Lastly at the very end of the evening we were able to capture an intimate image of the couple with a magnificent full moon reflecting off the water in the background.
