Carrie and Dave's Wedding Day!

Carrie and Dave are a couple that I had the opportunity to spend a good amount of time with leading up to their wedding. Having done their engagement pictures and pictures during their rehearsal dinner helped establish a key level of comfort when it came time to take the wedding day pictures. This is a huge help to me from a storytelling aspect when it comes to designing the final album

Another huge help to me was having Morgan Roof of Morgan Roof Photography filling the role of 2nd shooter for the day. Morgan is a great photographer and having her services for the day helped me maintain the creative flow for the day. You can view some of her great imagery on her website. The day before their biggest day!

Carrie and Dave tied the knot a two weeks ago. The evening before, I joined them for their rehearsal dinner at the Mooney Bay Marina. I had a wonderful time and between the festivities I was able to get some photo time with the couple. I love shooting at Mooney Bay. The early evening lighting as the sun begins to set is amazing! They have also added a new pavillion this year which provides extra picture opportunities as well. Here a just a couple of pics from the that evening.

Rachel and Jordan's Wedding Day!

A few weeks ago, I photographed the union of Rachel and Jordan. The ceremony was at St. Joseph's church in West Chazy, and the Reception was in the ballroom of the Comfort Inn in Plattsburgh. I feel honoured to have been a part of Rachel and Jordan's big day, and I wish them a lifetime of happiness and prosperity. Feel free to leave some well wishes for the happy couple here on the blog. Brandy's Big Day

One of the wonderful couples that I had the joy of working with the season was Brandy and Michael. They had a lovely ceremony and reception all at the majestic Elks Club on the banks of beautiful Lake Champlain in Plattsburgh. I had a wonderful time and I wish them a lifetime of happiness. Sorry. So busy!

Wow! Have I been busy. So busy that I've regretfully allowed myself to get behind in my blogging. I apologize to everyone and will strive to stay more current in the future. Myself and the rest of the "Silver Lining" crew have had the honour of covering several special events recently and I hope to share some images from each of those events over the next 24 hours.
